If you’ve missed the previous posts about a snowflake dungeon, you can find them here.
I can’t wait to run this damn thing.
After much hacking and slashing, I’ve got a (very) rough draft of the Ruined temple. I actually didn’t add too much to my notes this time. The major change is that Lugpopple, the Gullygug, has a list of dead friends – and one who isn’t dead. I’m going to have to slip in that little frog freak somewhere in the hex map.
So what do I have left in this process? I’m not going to include the things I need to do for publication (unless a lot of people start messaging me and are interested in that). To complete the adventure, I need to revisit my overland hexes and write the descriptions of the Monastery and the Temple.
In addition, I need to create a town (Riverbend Mills). Honestly, I have no idea how I’m going to do that yet, but it’ll likely be next.
After that, we’re down to random encounter tables and an editing pass. That’s it! I’ll be ready to launch the players into the adventure.
I’m thinking of calling it “All my Friends are Dead.” Whaddya think?
