Why are those Kobolds fighting? (d10)
The one with the kinda greyish scales cheated on the one with the dog face. Call me old fashioned, but it never works out when kobolds from different editions get together.
That one on the left claims to have the best traps. The one on the right says her traps are shit. Take it from me, the left hand one absolutely has the best traps. (Winks with their one remaining eye and limps away).
Look, if ya know one thing about Kobolds, it’s that if one adventurer comes along, they’re gonna lose almost their whole clan. The mortality rate on these little freaks is sky high. So when one clan has a disagreement with another clan, they don’t go to war like we do. This is how they settle their problems with minimal loss of life. If they killed each other as much as we killed ‘em, there wouldn’t be none left.
Oh… Oh honey. They’re not *fighting*. Do we have to talk about the birds and the bees?
I threw a silver piece on the ground. Don’t feel bad for ‘em – they were trying to kill me not two minutes ago.
They’re just hangry. Give ‘em a ration and they’ll calm down.
Oh, that? That’s just their mating ritual. Yeah, this is the equivalent of human marriage.
Who, Buggo and Uggo? They’re siblings. They fight more than they talk.
I wouldn’t wait around to see how it turns out, mate. They’re fighting for the right to see who gets to stab you first.
That rat over there? It’s name is fuzzball. Each of them thinks it’s their pet. The rat couldn’t care less either way – it just likes the cheese they feed it.
