This stairwell goes down to the third floor.
This chest contains a pair of brass mugs with a dragon embossed in jade on the side. Anyone making a DC 12 religion check recognizes it as Ankhor Dinn, dragon god of the dwarves.
Atop a satin clothe lies a brass crown. The brass circlet is topped with wave like decorations and ships are dwarven ships are etched around the outside.
There is also a warhammer etched with dwarven runes. The likeness of Ankhor Dinn curves around the haft. It functions as a +3 magic item.
The crown and each mug is worth 250GP each.
This chest contains an embroidered silk and velvet mantle set with numerous tear shaped moon stones. It seems to shimmer when the light hits it. There is also a pair of matching gloves, set with smaller tear shaped moon stones.
The pair of gloves and the mantle are worth 2,500 GP each.
This chest contains a matching jeweled anklet and fine gold chain set with a fire opal. Both are incredibly ornate. There are worth 2,500 GP each.
There is also a small wooden box. Inside are the following turquoise figurines: Goat, spider, dragon, horse, and a badger. They are worth 50 gp each, or 250 gp for the set.
This chest contains 3 daggers made of white gold. One has a red pearl in the pommel and depicts a humanoid with three rat heads. The second has a black pearl and depicts a humanoid with the head of a vulture. The third has a white pearl and depicts a humanoid with with exaggerated genitals and breasts. There is also a platinum bracelet with ancient script etched into it. It is written in Shilanese and says, "Our Demon Lords will never die, nor allow us that pleasure." A sapphire punctuates the sentence.
The bracelet is worth 2.500 gp. Each dagger is worth 250 gp.
This is the private room of Eimrag the Joyful. The furnishings are worn, but serviceable. The room has an inviting sense of warmth to it. A deck of cards sits upon the table, seemingly in mid game. A jug of corked ale also sits there next to two dirty mugs.

This is the private room of Drugal, Bringer of Wrath. The furnishings are all rather ornate and fitting of her station. The chest in the room contains a staff of power and a robe of scintillating colors.
The fourth floor is home of two of the elves radiant dragon gods: Drugal, Bringer of Wrath, and Eimrag the Joyful. The wide space accommodates them in their dragon forms as well as having private rooms for when they take elven shape. The main floor contains much vegetation and treasure in the form of coins and gems. The chests contain more exotic items.
Strewn across the floor are coins and gems worth 6900 gp and 530 pp. It would take the time of a long rest to gather it all up.
This balcony looks out over the grounds in front of The Grand Mithraeum. The dragons often enter into their home from this vantage point. The guards below are always looking up, in case of airborne intruders.
The sibling dragons can also often be seen in their elven forms, looking out over the city of Dane Caelen from here
The 4th floor of the Grand Mithraeum is the one most seldom seen by mortal eyes, for this top floor is home to Dane Caelen's two dragon gods themselves: Drugal, Bringer of Wrath and Eimrag the Joyful. It is guarded by numerous Silverhelms on the floor below. If they get past the guards, they had best hope they are welcomed by the dragons themselves.
In addition to the large open area for the dragon's horde and for them to rest in dragon form, are two bedrooms they use when in elven form. It is in these rooms they keep their most precious treasures. There are not many that have seen Drugal's room, but Eimrag does entertain various types of guests from time to time. He often brings them in through the air, landing on the balcony in area 44.
Aside from an entrance and exit for the flying dragons, the balcony is also where they watch over the crowds coming for worship. Elves will gather in the courtyard at times to hear the proclamations of High Lamane Felencia as the Radiant Dragon Gods watch from above.
